How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most of our paints are tinted to order. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days, followed by transit time via ground shipping.
Can I return or exchange my paint order?
Because all of our colors are custom-mixed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We highly recommend purchasing a sample pot before committing to a full order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and longer transit times.
How do I calculate how much paint I need?
Generally, one gallon of our standard finish covers approximately 350-400 square feet. For specialty finishes like Lime Wash or Roman Clay, coverage varies based on application technique.
Are your paints eco-friendly?
Yes, we pride ourselves on producing low-VOC and zero-VOC paints that are safer for your home and the environment without compromising on pigment quality.
