At Portola Paints, we strive for perfection in every gallon; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom products. Please note that custom-tinted paints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were not marked as 'Custom Tint' or 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent leakage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
